I tried a lot of commands to see if I could remedy the 'on land' none worked, thus best solution is to replace it. This just happened to me aswell when I used the alien teleporter, suddenly both me and the prawn suit pretended to be on dry land. If you cant get it unstuck you could purposely damage the seatruck or docking module with the prawn drill arm which would free the other module. Worst of all, this persists between saves, has for days now. If you can pull yourself around 20ft or more it'll break you loose and you'll be able to walk normally again though you may have to repeat the procedure. If you use console commands you can ghost under the prawn suit and un ghost and it will launch the prawn suit enough to fix the problem.
